Russia's President Vladimit Putin signed the federal law “On Amendments to the Federal Law On Special Safeguard, Antidumping and Countervailing Measures While Importing Goods”, adopted by the State Duma on December 08, 2006, and approved by the Federation Council on December 2, 2006. It was reported by the press service of the state's head.
